Here the Hereafter is mentioned first because the fourth phase of mankind in this world is for preparing Paradise for the seventh phase in the Hereafter as explained in verse 76: 22. But only one in thousand believer gives preference to Hereafter than this worldly life. The Hypocrites who are serving Satan are preferring to worldly life ignoring the Hereafter so that their life will become lost on the Day of Judgement as explained in verses 40: 78, and 85.
